Summerfields West's Clubhouse Planned for the Fall of 2020
The developer of the Summerfields West community in Williamstown, NJ has announced plans for the groundbreaking of the widely anticipated Community Clubhouse at one of the most rapidly selling and exceptionally affordable 55+ communities in all of South Jersey. The spacious and thoughtfully appointed building will consist of state-of-the-art, modular construction and built by Pleasant Valley Homes of Pine Grove, PA, a leader in successful modular construction projects from Virginia to Maine. Site work has already begun and the Grand Opening is planned for Fall of 2020. The structure, strategically positioned within this pristine Pine Barrens neighborhood of single level 2 and 3 bedroom homes, will serve as the social and activities centerpiece of Summerfields West.
“We have received final planning board approval to move forward and have actively begun developing the clubhouse site,” said Brian Temple, President of the Temple Companies, the developer of Summerfields West. “We have engaged one of the most acclaimed modular builders in the Northeast to complete what is one of only a couple of totally modular built 55+ clubhouses in the state of New Jersey. Additionally, we are exploring using green alternatives such as solar and geothermal energy in order to reduce our carbon footprint by using state of the art technology for heating and cooling the building,” Temple added.
