The developer of Summerfields West, the 55+ community in Williamstown, NJ where quality, tranquility and affordability call home, has announced the introduction of 3 all-new home designs and the opening of a new section. Two of the current models will also be offered for sale concurrently with the opening of the 3 new models. These 2 models will be available at current pricing either furnished (plus $15,000) or unfurnished until December 31st.

3 New Models
The Chelsea, The Seabreeze and The Sandstone represent the 3 new home designs. Each home features 3 bedrooms and over 1,700 sq. ft. of living space.
