This has been an exceptionally hot summer, but our news is even “hotter!” We have announced the groundbreaking of our widely anticipated Community Clubhouse. We have begun the site work, preparing the property for the foundation, and will host a groundbreaking ceremony for the whole community sometime this fall – date to be determined.
We are looking forward to showing everyone the details of this state-of-the-art 100% modular-built clubhouse. We are planning the grand opening of the building next summer 2020 when we are hoping everything will be completed – including our in-ground swimming pool.
