Welcome 2021!
We are making progress on a number of fronts at Summerfields West! COVID has made some things take longer than we anticipated, but we are moving ahead!
- Our new model pavilion is in place
- The models have been professionally decorated and are beautiful!
- The exterior landscaping for the model pavilion is planned, most of which will be completed this spring
- A lot of interior work has been completed on the clubhouse – important things like plumbing and electric!
- The exterior work on the clubhouse is also coming along – we hope to be completed by spring or early summer.
- Our Sales Office has been moved to the Chelsea Model in the new model pavilion – you still need to make an appointment to tour the models (all due to COVID regulations), but we are open and making appointments! Come see!
- We have some new residents who have moved in and are getting settled, too!
